This provides travel sites with a comprehensive understanding of the customer booking journey, enabling them to offer personalized deals to users. Jonathan Abraham, CEO of Joyned, highlighted that their platform caters to travelers’ needs for shared holiday booking experiences. Joyned aims to bridge the gap between user desires for shared experiences and the feasibility of doing so.
