Knight Frank

Consultancy firm Knight Frank announced that it has appointed two senior leaders to its consulting team in the Middle East: Clare Moukabaa as partner and Konstantinos Papadakis as associate partner.

Clare Moukabaa will lead Residential Consultancy within Sales and Marketing. Ms. Moukabaa boasts 19 years in the real estate market with high-level practical experience in residential sales, marketing, and property management. She began her career in the UK in 2005 and moved to the Middle East in 2010 where she oversaw a varied portfolio of residential and commercial properties for Siemens. She has previously worked for two of the world’s largest real estate companies, JLL and Savills, where, among other responsibilities, she advised leading developers within the UAE and serviced several Public Investment Fund entities across Saudi Arabia.

Moukabaa explained that she is thrilled by the new role: “I look forward to being part of Knight Frank, one of the leaders in the Middle East real estate consultancy market. I am looking forward to using my skills to leverage our consultancy capacity and extend our client list.”

Konstantinos Papadakis has over a decade of experience in the food and beverage and property industries. Throughout his tenure in key positions at Atlantis Resorts, Kerzner International, and Jones Lang LaSalle, he has been instrumental in the food and beverage strategy of many Public Investment Fund-funded megaprojects in Saudi Arabia and assisted in repositioning offerings of a number of malls in UAE.

At Knight Frank, Papadakis will head the Food & Beverage consulting service. “Strategic advice in a growing food and beverage market differentiates between success and failure in sustaining business models in our clients’ business operations,” he said.

Harmen de Jong, Regional Partner and Head of Consulting for MENA, welcomes Moukabaa and Papadakis who are critical to the continued expansion of Knight Frank’s consulting services in the region.
